1. Eligibility

The Referral Program is open only to registered Signature Tours & Travel customers who are at least 18 years of age.

Participants must provide accurate and complete information when registering and participating in the Referral Program.

Signature Tours & Travel reserves the right to verify the identity of any participant at any time.

2. Referral Process

Each eligible customer will receive a unique referral link and/or referral code.

A referral qualifies only when the referred customer is a genuine new customer, the referral code is used before or during booking, the booking is successfully confirmed and fully paid, and the booking is completed in accordance with these Terms.

Referral rewards are not earned merely by registration. Rewards become eligible only after the referred customer booking satisfies all verification requirements.

3. Referral Rewards

Subject to these Terms, the referring customer may earn the reward amount shown in the reward table.

The referred customer booking history determines the applicable reward amount.

Signature Tours & Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue the reward structure at any time without prior notice.

4. Eligible Bookings

Only genuine bookings qualify. A booking must be made through Signature Tours & Travel, fully paid, successfully confirmed, remain valid, not be cancelled, not be refunded, not become subject to a payment dispute or chargeback, and comply with these Terms.

5. Ineligible Referrals

Rewards will not be granted for self-referrals, duplicate customer accounts, fake accounts, false identities, unauthorized business referral schemes, stolen or unauthorized payment methods, spam, automated referrals, bots, mass account creation, or referrals that violate applicable laws or these Terms.

6. Fraud Prevention

Signature Tours & Travel actively monitors referral activity and may investigate any booking, referral, customer account, payment, or reward that appears unusual or suspicious.

Indicators may include multiple accounts controlled by the same person, shared payment methods, duplicate IP addresses or devices, suspicious booking patterns, unusually high referral activity, mismatched customer information, payment irregularities, suspected fraud, or abuse.

7. Verification and Holding Period

All referral rewards remain subject to verification. Signature Tours & Travel may place rewards on hold while conducting booking verification, payment settlement, fraud screening, identity verification, duplicate account checks, travel completion verification, and payment risk assessments.

Rewards shall not become payable until all verification procedures have been completed to Signature Tours & Travel satisfaction.

8. Chargebacks, Refunds and Booking Changes

Referral rewards become immediately ineligible if the related booking is cancelled, refunded, subject to a chargeback, subject to a payment dispute, identified as fraudulent, reversed by a payment provider, or found to violate these Terms.

Previously credited rewards may be reversed at any time.

9. Reward Wallet

Approved referral rewards will be credited to the participant Signature Referral Wallet. Wallet balances are promotional rewards, are not bank deposits, are not insured, do not accrue interest, and have no cash value except where withdrawal is expressly permitted by Signature Tours & Travel.

10. Withdrawals

Referral rewards may only be withdrawn once the participant has accumulated a minimum eligible balance of USD $50.00.

Approved withdrawal methods may include available local or international payment channels supported by Signature Tours & Travel. Additional verification may be requested before payments are processed.

Participants are solely responsible for providing accurate payment information.

11. Adjustment, Reversal and Recovery

Signature Tours & Travel may withhold, delay, reduce, reverse, cancel, recover, or refuse payment of any referral reward whenever it reasonably believes that these Terms have been violated, fraud has occurred, suspicious activity exists, duplicate accounts were created, false information was submitted, payment authorization fails, the Referral Program has been manipulated, or a booking creates financial, legal, operational, or reputational risk.

Where rewards have already been withdrawn, Signature Tours & Travel reserves the right to recover the corresponding amount by offsetting future rewards or by any other lawful means.

12. Audit, Marketing and Termination

Signature Tours & Travel may request additional information at any time, including identification, proof of address, payment ownership verification, travel documentation, booking confirmation, or other information reasonably necessary to validate eligibility.

Participants may not impersonate Signature Tours & Travel, misuse the brand, send spam, publish misleading advertisements, make false promises, or purchase advertisements using Signature trademarks without prior written consent.

Signature Tours & Travel may suspend or terminate participation if fraud, abuse, Terms violations, financial risk, legal risk, or brand risk is suspected.

13. Modification, Taxes and Privacy

Signature Tours & Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or terminate the Referral Program, these Terms, rewards, withdrawal methods, eligibility requirements, or related features at any time without prior notice.

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or government charges arising from receipt of referral rewards.

Participation is governed by Signature Tours & Travel privacy practices, including collection and use of information for referral verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, identity verification, compliance, and internal business purposes.
